We are offering an attractive incentive package for Overseas buyers subject to attending compulsory B2B meetings with Indian exhibiting companies at B2B Lounge at venue.
All applications will be screened by the approval committee and the Indian Embassy of the buyer's country.

- Complimentary 3 Nights Hotel stay (Nights - 26, 27 & 28 November 2024).
- Overseas Buyer should check in on 26 November 2024 at Chennai.
- Overseas Buyer must be present on all the three days at the venue of IESS XII - 2024.
- Air Fare Reimbursement maximum up to on production of the following copies (in two sets)
- Passport
- Economy Air Ticket ( Round Trip ) showing the price and if the price is not mentioned on the ticket, then the invoice or the payment evidence
- B2B meetings confirmation
- Visa and Immigration Stamp
- Boarding Pass
- International Covid Certificate
- Overseas Buyer must be present at the venue of IESS XII for B2B matchmaking.

- Wide circulation of the buyer profile throughout EEPC Network (around 9500 engineering members) & Non-members database (100000).
- Opportunity to network with around 10000 business visitors and around 300 overseas buyers.
- Hotel checks in/out timings are usually 1400 hours / 1100 hours.
- Buyers should arrange air tickets accordingly. Any additional charge for additional stay etc. (around USD 150 per night) will have to be borne by individual buyer & they can pay directly to the official travel agent.
- Early check-in and / or late departure may result in extra room charge.
