In this regard, EEPC India is organizing the tenth edition of International Engineering Sourcing Show (IESS X) from 16th to 18th of March 2023 at Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai, India. IESS is a unique global platform with a combination of exhibition, seminars, workshops and B2B matchmaking for the rest of world with Indian exhibitors related with engineering products and services.
IESS across 9 editions, 6 Partner Countries/Regions ( Canada, Czech Republic, Malaysia twice, Poland, COMESA as a region, Russia, Malaysia) from 4 Continents ( North America, Europe, Africa and Asia) , presence of more than 11 States from all four regions of India (including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Haryana, West Bengal, Uttarakhand and Bihar) and on an average 100 speakers across 15 Thematic Sessions, 500 delegates from 60 Nations and 300 Exhibitors and over 700 B2B Meetings with 10000 professional visitors have graduated to a global engineering sourcing show. Over the 9 editions during 2012-2020 – 61.29 % rise in footfalls, 14.3% rise in Delegates, 57.27 % rise in Exhibitors underscore the success of the event.
Over the years, IESS has created a niche for itself as the largest sourcing show organized in India for the engineering and the manufacturing sector. Besides, trade and investment in the engineering sector, IESS also acts as a ideal platform to promote R&D, Innovations, New product development, technology transfer etc. The Indian engineering sector has already surpassed the export target set for year 2021-22 and reached 112 Billion USD of exports in year 2021-22. The Government of India has setup a target of USD 127 Billion exports for the engineering sector in year 2022-23. IESS X will be an important platform for collaboration between various manufacturers, exporters, importers, buyers, technology providers, and government representatives to achieve this target.
